Lizzie + Taylors Engagement Adventure Session
Lizzie + Taylor come out to the mountains every summer to get away from the Texas heat, so when they got engaged they couldn’t imagine a better place than Colorado for a mountain engagement session! The views at Sapphire Point are BREATH-TAKING whether you’re at the lookout or at the bottom of the mountain near Dillon Reservoir. If you’re from the Denver area, then you are no stranger to the fact that it has pretty much rained every day since June this year (I WISH I was joking.) So I pretty much already knew we would had high chances of dealing with cloudy/moody weather – I say it worked to our advantage though 😉
What is an Adventure Session?
An adventure session is more than your normal one hour session. It gives couples the chance to really connect and create memories together as they explore beautiful locations with each other.
My adventure session package has a minimum of 2 hours so that your hiking and exploring time doesn’t take away from being able to enjoy a fun and relaxed session. Depending
Why you should book an Adventure Session at Sapphire Point.
At Sapphire Point you get multiple types of backgrounds all in the same area. Mountain views, water views and forest/evergreen tree views. I love this spot because it adds so much dimension to your gallery! When I shoot here I like to start at the lookout at the top and then head down towards Dillon Reservoir for some pretty lake views. If you were to only book a one hour session you would have the choice of either Sapphire Point OR Dillon Resevoir so this is why I always say just book the Adventure Session!! haha!
