Field Engagement Session | Jonah + Aubrey

Field Engagement Session | Jonah + Aubrey

Jonah and Aubrey’s engagement session felt easy from the start. We met in a field which was the perfect setting. The whole evening felt like we had nowhere else to be!

They were comfortable right away. Talking, laughing, settling into the space without needing much direction. A lot of the session looked like them just hanging out together. Sitting along the fence, leaning in close, sharing moments that didn’t need to be filled.

There was no rush to move from one thing to the next. We stayed where it felt good, let moments linger, and let the evening unfold naturally. The kind of session where you’re not checking the time, just letting things happen as they come.

Why Engagement Sessions Matter

Engagement sessions don’t have to be a big production to be meaningful. Sometimes they’re just a chance to slow down and take a breath together. To spend an evening focused on each other without a timeline or a to-do list.

That’s what this session felt like. A pause in the middle of everything else. No expectations, no pressure, just time. Those are usually the sessions that end up meaning the most! Not because they were dramatic or perfectly planned, but because they felt real in the moment.

Jonah and Aubrey’s session was calm, relaxed, and honest. An evening spent together in a field, exactly as they are right now. And that felt like more than enough! Keep on scrolling to see a glimpse into their session.

my story continues here

For me, photography isn’t just my job. It is my passion and purpose. I’m drawn to the beauty of genuine connection, the way your head rests gently on your spouse’s shoulder, how you throw your head back and laugh as your best friend gives their speech, and the way your parents cry during your vows.

The little things. The tiny details. The things you never, ever want to forget, captured in honest, true-to-life colors that don’t just document the way things look, but the way they feel.

Chapter 03.

From slow dancing at sunset to laughing so hard your makeup starts to run, my goal is to document your wedding day in a way that feels like you.
